Return & Exchange Policy

  1. We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed & unstitched merchandise with original tags within 7 Days of purchase for an exchange or refund*
  2. Refund will only be issued in a case where same alternative article is not available
  3. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  4. Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  5. 15% Administrative cost and delivery charges will be deducted from total purchase value.
  6. Refund requests will be processed within 7-15 working days after receiving the returned products.
